2019年は新たにピルスナーウルケルのタップが増えました。
ピルスナー発祥のチェコのビールが常時いただけるのは嬉しいですね。
今年も美味しいクラフトビールと料理をたくさんいただきました。

2017年12月で10周年を迎えられました。おめでとうございます！
オープン当初はまだクラフトビアバー自体珍しくて、それが国分寺に出来たと知りとても嬉しかったものです。10年前の初訪以来すっかり気に入り数知れないほどお邪魔しておりますが、クラフトビールの充実ぶり、料理の美味しさ、お店の明るく温かい雰囲気は変わることがありません。
今やすっかり人気のお店となり、国分寺という土地でビルの6階に位置しているにもかかわらずオープン直後からお客さんが切れ目なく来店され、カウンター5席、テーブル4卓、スタンディングスペースの店内はいつも活況です。
システムはCOD。レジで注文と支払いを済ませると、ビールと料理は後から運ばれてきます。
タップは12基＋ハンドポンプ1基。グラスの大きさはS(300ml)800円、R(420ml)1000円、
L(568ml)1300円くらいと適正価格。税込み表示ですしチャージもありませんのでかなり頑張ってらっしゃると思います。
料理は軽いおつまみから食事系まで揃っていて種類豊富です。だいたい700円前後のものが多いですね。1品の量はそれほど多くなく一人でも無理なく食べられます。
お気に入りはなんといってもフィッシュアンドチップス 750円。これさえあればビールがどんどん進みます。その他ブルーチーズとはちみつのミニピッツァも美味しいですし、何をいただいてもハズレはありません。
食べログを始める前からクラフトビールに興味がありビアバーに通い始めましたが、食べログ病に罹患してからはそれに拍車がかかり、食べログのデータ上ではビアバーレビュー100軒超となりました。
そんな私の原点がこちらのお店となります。
こちらのお店はホント居心地がいいんですよね。店主のSHINさんはじめ、スタッフ皆さん明るくていい子ばかり。SHINさんはクラフトビール及びその業界には詳しいので、そんな話を聞いたりするのも楽しみです。
多摩地区では希少な本格ビアバー。これからも通い続けたいと思います。
