2020年11月より店主様が帰国され再開しています |
去年の秋頃に一番行ったお店かもしれない。
行く前の期待値と行った後の満足度のギャップで言ったらなかなかここまでのお店は無いなと。
場所は国分寺、比較近所にいつの間にかタイ料理のお店が出来ていたからランチを一回ふらっと食べに行ったのが最初。
お店はこの手のアジア料理を食べさせるお店として考えるとかなり綺麗。建物自体がコンクリート打ちっぱなしだし店内も清潔そのもの。
都心ならともかく多摩地区でこんなに綺麗な店内でアジア料理を頂けるお店は無いのでは。
で、最初に行った時に食べたのがグリーンカレーだったかな、確か。
それが具沢山で焦点もしっかり定まっていて「旨い！」と思わさせられる味。
で、それ以来気に入ってランチ、ディナーで数回お世話になっている。
何を食べても旨いし丁寧な味。
しっかりスパイシーでありながら優しさや丁寧さをハッキリ感じさせてくれる。
直近のランチで頂いた鶏挽肉を甘辛く炒めた奴は本当に旨かった。
極めつけはランチもディナーも完全禁煙。素晴らしい。
タイ料理なんて酸っぱかったり辛かったり”だけ”の雑な料理じゃん、なんて思われる方に是非行って欲しいお店。記事書いていたらまた食べに行きたくなった。
