2022年11月12日（土）夕食。相方と。
午後村山で仕事。夕食は国分寺で。行ってみた店が休みで、その近くで店を探して、ここに入ってみることにした。「ラオス・タイ料理」と書いてあることに興味を持って。ということはラオスに軸足を置いた店なのだろうなと思って。
生ビールを注文。メニューには料理ごとにラオスの国旗かタイの国旗が書いてある。そこでできるだけラオスの料理を頼もうと思ったのだが、今日できない料理があるとのことで、頼めない料理もあった。食材の輸入の問題のようだった。
結局注文したものは、83：ラープ・ガイ（ラオスの鶏肉サラダ）（ラオス）（1500円）、54：トート・マン・パー（魚のすり身揚げ団子）（タイ）（1300円）、65：パット・ペット・ムー（豚肉のレッドカレー炒め）（タイ）（1250円）の3品だった。
トート・マン・パーは、さつま揚げっぽいのだが、レッドカレーのペーストを練り込んであるので、ちょっと辛い。でもコブミカンの良い風味。まあまあおいしい。ラープ・ガイは、ざくざく切った鶏肉と砂肝をもやしなどと炒めた料理。これもちょっと辛い。おいしい。パット・ペット・ムーは、豚の肩ロースと豚の皮をレッドカレーと合わせた料理。とてもおいしい。堪らず43：カオ・ホーム・マリ（ジャスミン米）小（250円）を注文して途中からライスと合わせて食べた。最高だった（笑）。
相方がパクチーレモンサワーを1杯頼み、僕は生ビールを2杯おかわりして、会計は6500円だった。
人手が足りていなくて料理や飲み物がなかなか出てこない問題はあった。僕たちは気にならなかったが。フロア担当の女性も感じが良かった。良い店だった。
