2023.03【来訪】JR中央線の国分寺駅から徒歩数分！平日の夜に来訪。店内はこじんまりとしていて、テーブル席と座敷で20人ほどが入れるスペースですが、客は多い！今回は、生春巻き、肉団子、春雨サラダ、鶏のグリーンカレー、トムヤムラーメン等を注文！お値段はやや高めで1品1,500円前後が主流。どの料理も手作り感たっぷりで、市販のペースト等を使わずに手作りされているものが多い印象。味は若干ボケますが、どれも優しい味。塩味も控えめで、レモングラスや生唐辛子、パクチー等、素材を感じられます。野菜は新鮮なものをつかわれているせいか、生野菜はシャキシャキ。カレーの茄子もしっかり。海老も大きいので…これらの素材を考えると、このお値段で仕方がないかなと思います。料理の提供にもちょっと時間がかかります。でも、友人宅で家庭料理をいただいているようなアットホーム感があります。
