国分寺の労政会館。
研修で何度も歩きましたが、ずっと気になっていた「白い暖簾。」
先日食べログでウロついていて、初めて居酒屋さんだと知りました。
「肉豆腐うまそ〜♪」
簡単な理由で、飛び込みます。（笑）
事実、美味かったぁ〜‼

とりあえず、入店時からの応対が『親切味』あって良かったです。
そして、肉豆腐が期待裏切らず 美味しかった。
生野菜盛合せ・ホッピー ナカの割高感は 否めませんが、肉豆腐ともつ煮の割安感でチャラ。肉豆腐のインパクトと美味しさで＋α。
接客と隠れ家感で、＋α×3‼ 以上‼
レア感高いです。
美味しい良店 見つけました。
労政会館研修後。マストです。
カウンター前 大鍋×３。インパクトあり！
提供。温めるだけ！！ 面白い。(笑)
いいです。ありそうでなかった、シンプル構成☆
接客の特記は、常連さんとお店の方が仲が良い。
でも、飛び入り客の『疎外感がない。』ここが、大事ですよね。
疎外感がなければ、お店の雰囲気が魅力に転じる。
これはこのお店のコンパクトな規模感にあるのかもしれません。
しかし、見える範囲で 数席、テーブル席があり・ネット情報では ある程度なら宴会もできるようです。
隠れ家感が前面に出されながらも、色んな用途で利用できる。
こちらのお店なら、幹事として胸を張って オススメできそうです。
個人的にも、また労政会館での研修の際には、≪また、利用したい。≫強くそう思わせる、魅力がありました。
