無添加なイタリア料理へのこだわりとのキーから、こちらにお伺いしました。以前の店舗よりこの場所への移転が4月半ばとの事ですね。英語OKとの紹介がされておりますが、シェフは既に日本に来て16年（？）と伺いました。堪能な日本語はウィットにとんだジョークを飛ばしてくれて私たち家族を楽しませてくれてます。赤ちゃんを抱っこする姿は素敵なお父様の姿そのもの。お国はお尋ねすると日本とおっしゃる、既に帰化されてとの事。
さて、ランチでおじゃました際には幼児がいる事から宜しいかとお尋ねしての訪問、そのためにお店の一角にあるセミクローズドの空間を用意して頂いての昼食となります。高く積み上げられた「石」の壁から、マイナスイオン噴出の空間です。
本日のオーダー
ランチメインは、以下をチョイス
パスタ（フレッシュトマトを使用してのショートパスタ）
ピッザ
ソーセージと野菜（カブ、里芋？）の煮込み
スープもしくは、サラダのチョイスにパン。ドリンクにデザート（焼きプリン）となります。
いずれも、時々にて素材に変化がありますので是非訪問された際におたずねください、どのチョイスにおいても無添加にこだわったと伺いました。駅近くののロケーションですので、電車利用の方でも周辺にいくつもあるコインPを利用しての車でも便利に利用できるかと思います。本日は数百メートル離れたビル式の立体Pに駐車です。
シェフありがとうございます。キッチンからフロアへと足を運んで頂き楽しい会話をさせて頂きました。お子さんのお話やら日本への事など食事とともに会話までごちそうになりました。
