2020/4/6から原則テレワークに入った私だが、早いものでそれも3週目に突入した。
4月は期首に当たるので物凄く忙しく、自宅でゆっくりと仕事しているなんて状況ではなかった。
そんな中、昼食は徒歩15分かけて国分寺駅前まで出ることもできず、
いつも妻が気を付かって作ってくれていた。
この日、妻が午前中所用で国分寺駅前まで外出した帰りに、北口で評判のイタリア料理店「シレーナ」のテイクアウトを昼食に買って帰ってくれた。
シレーナは国分寺駅北口から離れた本多交差点付近で10年以上前から経営していたが、
一昨年くらいに駅前に近い現在の場所に移転した。路地から様子が見えるオープンな店内では
食事を楽しむ光景が見えて、私にとっては憧れのお店だった。
なかなか行く機会がない中で、今回こういう形で初めての利用になったのは何とも嬉しい。
頂いたメニューは「豚挽肉とフレッシュトマトのスパゲティ」、「プロシュートコットのトマトソースピッツァ」、あとサラダ。
パスタとサラダが1,000円、ピッツァが1,7000円。リッチなランチだ。
スパゲティはどうしてもアルデンテとは行かないが、十分に美味しかった。
ピッツァも窯で本格的に焼かれたもので、確かな味だった。サラダもドレッシングが良い。
全ての料理に共通して言えるのが、風味が違うってこと。
今までもイタリアンを頂いたことあるが、スパゲティ、ピッツァ、サラダにしても味付けが日本人レストランの店には無い味がした。
マスターはイタリア人で、とても陽気な人のようだ。どのレビューからもそれを伺える。
妻もとても感じの良いお店だったと言っていた。
2019年に国分寺市の国分寺お店大賞グランプリで受書しているだけあり、テイクアウトでもその良さを十分理解できた。
今度は是非レストランに夫婦でお邪魔したいと思う。
