たまたま降り立った国分寺。
ちらほら散歩していたら、昔通っていた洋食屋さんの側、一時期ハマったラーメン屋さんの跡地の並びに見知らぬうどん屋さんを発見。
どうしようかな❓
外にあったメニューなどを見てみて、勢い任せに入ってみます。
おろしぶっかけうどん。
二日間かけて製麺した麺。
讃岐うどんのコシとモチモチ感がやって来ます。
この麺、面白く、麺自体も美味しい。
出汁にいりこがしっかり出ている冷たいつゆ。
店名にしているだけあり、いりこ出汁がしっかり出てますね。
サクッと食べて、飲むのは今度にしようと思いながら完食。
