量り売りローストビーフはマストオーダーです。いっぽう厨房は騒がしい
夜10時くらいに来店。
ホールの女の子は感じよく、カウンターを片付けてから案内されました。
生ビール、ローストビーフ8枚、野菜の三種盛り、生ハムルッコラロール、ツブ貝とキノコ炒め？的なものを頼みましたが、
ルッコラロールは三種盛りに入れてくれるとのことでした。なかなか機転の利いたサービスが嬉しい。
結局、オーダは勘違いされ、普通に3種盛りを出された後に、厨房の人が間違いに気づいて別に出してくれました。
看板のローストビーフはさすが、肉汁いっぱいで柔らかく、美味しかったです。個人的には塩か、ワサビでいただくのがお勧めです。
ほかのお料理もおいしかったです。
その後赤ワイン2杯グラス追加して食事を終えました。
ワインもお料理も満足いく内容でした。
しかし、全体的に見ると、厨房の中は騒がしく、スタッフ同士の雑談が聞こえますし、リーダーらしき人が寄声？を発していたり、
なんだかな～な雰囲気でした。よくあるような活気のあるイタリアンなどとは全く別次元。
例えるなら学芸会とか、学園祭の出店のノリの延長線で店やってる感じで引いてしまいます。
せっかく料理もよくて店の作りもセンスがあるのにもったいない。
自ら値段相応のレベルに陥れているようで残念です。
所詮国分寺ではそんなシャレオツな店は不必要なのかもしれませんが・・・
