Dinner on Friday, April 14, 2023. Work in Murayama in the afternoon. For dinner, get off on the Chuo Line. I got off at Kokubunji, took the south exit, wandered around for a bit, and then decided to try this store. The first basement floor of the building where Mitsui Fudosan Realty is located. A sign on the first floor advertised roast beef bowls and other dishes as ``Tetsuo de Gohan'', and it seemed like a meal would be fine, so I went in. At 6:15pm, I was seated at the counter. Then, other customers came in after me. Most of the customers were in groups of 3 or 4 people. About 4 or 5 groups came in in about 10 minutes. I ordered a coarsely ground Hamburg (1430 yen). For the sauce, I had to choose between demi-glace or chaliapin sauce, so I chose demi-glace. Hamburg, rice, and salad came out soon. Hamburg is slightly rare and has a sticky texture. The demi-glace sauce has a bitter taste. Fair enough. However, I thought it would have been better to order the roast beef bowl. Tonight, Lotte's Aki Sasaki and Orix's Yoshinobu Yamamoto will have a pitching match. Sasaki, who held the 7th inning with zero runs, won the pitch. But I never thought the day would come when I would be so excited to watch a single game during a professional baseball season.
