肉バルxチーズ Grill 恵比寿屋 国分寺店 @ イタリアン、チーズ料理、肉料理
デジャブ？？ 前に来たことある気がする立地と店内ですが、記録に無い！
お店の方に伺うと、こちらは2度業態を変えておられ、最初は浜焼き、そして魚介料理、２年半前に今のスタイルに変えられたとのこと。なるほど、魚介の記憶があるのでそういうことだったんですね。よく見ると壁に恵比寿様が埋め込まれたりして以前の名残がありました。
それはさておき、国分寺でチーズフォンデュを食べられ、色んなチーズ料理と肉料理、更にパスタやガーリックライスまで食べられるのは貴重なお店ですね。
JR中央線国分寺駅北口の大学通りにあります。総ガラス張りの入口を入ると、オープンキッチンに沿ったL型のカウンター席とテーブル。奥にもテーブル席があります。
床も壁もコンクリート打ちっ放しで天井は木の棒でアクセントがつけてあります。
赤いドラゴンスムージー(アルコール) 650というのが面白そうだったのですが食材が切れて品切れとのこと、同行者が残念がって居ました。
今夜は2人で、チーズフォンデュを中心にオーダーを組み立てました。

■お通しは大きなレタスと水菜のグリーンサラダでお代わり可能(400円のチャージ)です。
チーズフォンデュは、プレーン、トマト、バジルの三種の味から選べるのでプレーンを選択。パン、赤と黄色の蕪、パプリカ、プチトマト、海老、ズッキーニを、ワインの効いたモッツァレラ、ゴルゴンゾーラなど(?)のたっぷりのチーズでいただきます。赤い陶器のポッドに入ったチーズが多いのが嬉しい。このチーズ、そこに行くほどワインの風味が強くなります。火力の関係でお焦げまでは出来なかったのはちょっと残念でした。それにしても2人前で1,180円というのは安いですね。更にチーズだけ、具材だけの追加も可能です。
チーズに溺れそうなミートボール(なんとも楽しい命名)は、スキレットで供され、確かにたっぷりのチーズに4個のミートボールが溺れかかって居り、細い糸状の唐辛子が載せてあります。焼いたミートボールが美味しく、チーズと絡んだら抜群です。
骨付き美桜鶏の香草ローストは、歯応えのある鶏肉にハーフカットの皮付きじゃがいもが添えられて、なかなか美味。
ロングガーリックトースト は、30cmくらいの細いソフトフランスパンに粉チーズをたっぷりかけ粉パセリがアクセントに振りかけてあります。これも美味しい！
これだけでお腹いっぱい、他にもビーフ、タン、ポークなど魅惑的なメニューがありましたが、それらは次回の楽しみとしました。
カウンターでゆっくり、テーブルでわいわい、両方の楽しみ方ができるお店です。
