平日のディナータイムに家族で利用。国分寺駅徒歩2−3分のとても便利なところにある。お店はエントランスより縦長の構造になっており、店前の道路は車通りは少ないため騒々しい外からの音もほとんどなく、ゆっくりと食事を取ることができた。店内は開放的な雰囲気、かつコロナ感染症対策もバッチリでそう言った点も親しみが持てた。
メニューはアラカルトで注文。生ハムの入ったポテトサラダ、海老とブロッコリのアヒージョ、チーズ盛り合わせ、アンガス牛ザブトンのタリアータ、最後に極・プリンを注文。どの品も丁寧にシェフの手によって仕上げられた一品、料理の節々にこのお店らしい個性が見られ、見た目からして料理を楽しめる。見た目のみならず、料理の味もどれをとってもGOOD！特におすすめなのは、タリアータとプリン。レアに仕上がったザブトンのタリアータは、岩塩をつけていただくとビールにぴったりの上品な味に仕上がっていた。自家製のプリンは濃厚なお茶のテイスト。また食べたくなる味わいだと感じた。
全体的に店内空間、料理の品質、スタッフさんの対応、どれをとっても満足度が高かった。国分寺はチェーン店が多いイメージだったが、こう言った店はいつまでも残って欲しいと心から感じる店であった。また来たい。
