自分で玉子を潰して混ぜて食べるタイプのポテサラで、玉子の漬けとガーリックチップ、セルバチコの味がこのポテサラを作り上げていました！

挽肉のゴロゴロ食感がいい感じで、ボロネーゼにはこれが必要なんだよね。がっつり食べたい時はボロネーゼは食べ応えがあって最高。
