まず言いたいです、かなりよかったです。
2020.12.11現在、総合点３.21ですが、
もっと高くて良いと思います。
まだ新しい店だからでしょうか。
First、お店の方の感じがとても良いです。
2nd、眺望がとても良いです。
↑ 晴れていれば富士山も望めます。
3rd、店内インテリアがとても良いです。
4th、料理のお味がとても良いです。
前菜９種盛り合わせは＋500円。
これは付けるべきです。
一体このワンプレートで何品目摂れたでしょうね。
素材も調理法も味もバランスが取れています。
これだけで帰れと言われても納得して帰るかも。
ま、欲を言えばその場合、バケットが欲しいですけど。
そしてパスタ！！
わたしはオーリオをいただいたのですが、
最後までお皿を舐めたいくらいのオリーブオイル。
かなり拘っていらっしゃいます。
茹で加減も完璧。最高です。
一緒に行った友人も、また来たいねと言っていました。
他のメニューも食べてみたいです。
