黒毛和牛でA５で、飲み放で、4980円と地元の友人に教わって行ってきました。
お店に入ると大きなショーケース冷蔵庫にびっくり、素敵なお肉たちに期待感が高まります。
注文したのは飲み放題付き12品4980円のコース。
飲み放題に生ビールがあるのも嬉しい。やっぱり安い！
まず、自家製キムチ盛り合わせと、ナムル盛り合わせから。
次に「いのうえサラダ」、たっぷり量のサラダが一人分ずつ。
これはすごく嬉しいですね。心置きなくベジファースト。
タン塩＆上タン
タンは歯ごたえの楽しめるタン先。
一方、上タンは柔らかいタン元を使用。
二つの味と食感が楽しめるのは嬉しいです。
赤身の梅焼きしゃぶ
もも肉の芯々のみを使用した、生でも食べられる名物ロースは両面10秒焼きがいのうえ流ルール。
赤みが残るくらいに、さっと炙ってすぐに梅タレへ。
心地よい酸味がお肉の甘みとマッチング。
焼きしゃぶって卵もいいけど、こういう食べ方もあるんですね。
これからの暑い時期にもってこいです。
和牛タレ2点盛り合わせ
赤身ながら綺麗なサシが入っていましたよう。
最後のお肉はホルモン2点盛り合わせ
しっかり焼いてガッツリいただきます。
〆のお食事はクッパ。
優しいスープにお腹があったまる感じ。
デザートは桜のアイス。
桜の香りが鮮烈、爽やかな味わいと色が印象的でした。
たくさん飲んで食べてコスパがとても良く感じた夜でした。
