国分寺駅から歩いてすぐのビルの5Fにあります。
■ 国産上タン塩 ◎
タン元の柔らかい部分を厚切りカットでいただきます。個人的にはしっかり焼きがオススメ！ちょっと焼きすぎかも？くらいがちょうどよかったりします。表面がカリッと焼き上がったタンの上に特製昆布と白髪ネギを乗せていただきます。特製昆布の塩味がタンとめっちゃ合う〜！
■ミスジ
厚めにカットしたミスジを両面サッと炙る感じでレアめに焼いて、薬味たっぷりのポン酢ペースをのオリジナルダレにつけていただきます。本日は宮崎牛のミスジ。やっぱりミスジは美味しいなぁ。
■極上ミノ
ミノは牛の第一の胃です。国産のミノにこだわりって提供しています。かなり厚切りにカットされていますが、鮮度が良いのと、丁寧に隠し包丁が入れられているのでサクサクと歯切れに。こりゃ美味しいな〜。癖のない味なので、ホルモン苦手な方でも美味しく召し上がれると思います！
■ サーロイン焼きすき ◎
大判に薄くカットされたサーロインをサッと焼いた後、卵黄と一口ライスがセットされたお皿にイン！お肉×ライス×卵黄の組み合わせは裏切りませんよね、ぺろりと完食しちゃいました！
■ 石焼明太チーズビビンバ
お肉以外のサイドメニューもかなり力を入れていて〆料理が選べない！笑
スープ各種、冷麺、ビビンバ...！
「石焼」のワードに惹かれて、石焼明太チーズビビンバを注文！明太子とチーズは女子が大好きな組み合わせなんです。笑
卵黄を割りながら豪快に混ぜて、お焦げを作って完成！かなりボリューミーでしたが、チーズの香りで食欲が増進！しっかり完食しました^ ^
テーブル席、個室があり、いろんなシーンで使える焼肉屋さんです。
ちなみに隣のテーブルではお誕生日をお祝いしていました。事前に予約すればデザートプレートを作ってもらえるそうです^ ^嬉しいサービスですね♪
