日曜の夜に利用しました。
燻製ってあまり食べ慣れてないので、どんな感じだろうと
期待と不安が混ざる中、来店しました。
日曜夜の来店でしたが店内は賑やかで、カウンター席に案内されました。
真後ろのテーブル席のお客さんがタバコを吸っていたので気になりましたが、
背中を向けていたため臭いは気になりませんでした。
あと、燻製のお店ですが、店内が煙っぽい臭いはなかったので安心しました。
お通しはキャベツ(生)でした。
お店を紹介してくれた彼曰く、食べ放題だそうです。
色んな種類の中から5種類選べるセットがお得でした！
ホタテ、うずら、サーモン、豚舌、ヤギをチョイスしました！
ホタテはトロッとしてました。
うずらは燻製感が強め。
サーモンはよくあるお味。
豚舌はクセが少なめ。
ヤギは独特の香りが気になりました。
実は注文して食べてみて気付いたのですが、燻製の味があまり好みではありませんでした。
そんな中でこの5種よりも、単体で注文したつぶ貝が一番食べやすかったです♪
燻製に負けない香りと味が美味しかったです！
5種セットにマスタードが添えられていたのですが、
絶対ソーセージに合いそうな味でした！
また、カウンター席だからこそソーセージの焼く様子が見え、
美味しそうな音と香りがしていました。
また、次回はソーセージをいただいてみたいです。
果実酒(白桃酒だったかな？)を注文したのですが、果肉入りでテンション上がりました！！
飲み終わった後に果肉を味わえ、至福のひと時でした♪
カウンター席にお酒の瓶がズラリと並び、壁にオススメのお酒が書いてありました。
彼曰く、お酒の品揃えが豊富とのこと。
数々の飲食店が栄枯盛衰する中、
燻製とお酒のビッグツーが、このお店の人気の秘訣なんだろうなぁと思いました。
