見た目可愛いケーキがほしくて訪問。
差し入れも兼ねて気になった2つを購入
バルサック(540円) と モンブラン(600円)(税抜)
バルサックはルビーチョコレートが使われているということで個人的に興味津々で購入！
札に、優勝の文字が書かれていて、ルビーチョコレート初開催のコンテスト準優勝のケーキとのこと！
ベリーのジュレをルビーチョコレートのムースで包んだケーキ
見た目も素敵だけど食べてみてもとっても美味しい！
第4のチョコレート、ルビーチョコレートのケーキを初めて食べましたが、そのもの自体がベリー系の風味でしたが中のジュレと合って美味しい。
モンブランはペースト部分はしっかり栗の味が濃厚で美味しい。下の部分が、パイのタルトになっていてなかなか珍しいモンブラン。
パリパリで美味しかったです。
友人も喜んでくれて、行きたいお店と言ってくれました。
大人気のシルキーショコラを求めて是非再訪したいお店です。
