昨年の感想も含めて投稿します。
日経土曜版プラスワン「なんでもランキング」下らないな〜と思うこともありますが、意外と好きですw
なんと昨年バレンタイン前に、
「一緒に食べたいガトーショコラ」 にて第1位獲得（2021年1月30日掲載）((；ﾟДﾟ))ｳｯｿ！
噂のシルキーショコラ（628円税込）を半信半疑で買いに行きました。※国分寺駅南口から徒歩2.3分ほど
石窯を使って、低温で長時間蒸し焼きにしているのだそうです。確かにまったくパサパサ感なくってしっとりなめらか〜上品な甘さで美味しい〜(≧∀≦)
生クリームとガトーショコラ、
どちらもなめらか〜なシルキー食感です(๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)
次回は「ルビーチョコのバルサック」（648円税込）を購入してみたいです。見た目もキラキラして可愛い♡
こちらはルビーチョコ初開催のコンテスト準優勝作品らしいですね。このお店ｽｺﾞｲﾉｶﾓ！
是非バレンタインに購入したいですね(^_−)−☆
