今宵は友人の地元で集まりがあり、2月にオープンしたばかりのこちらに伺いました。ピカピカの新店の肉バルです。国分寺駅から徒歩1分、駅からすぐの好立地のビルの2階にあります。2階までの階段の壁にはペインティングが施してあり、ワクワク感のあるエントランスになっていました。
店内はウッディなインテリアで落ち着けます。カウンター席、テーブル席があるので、雰囲気で使い分けられそう(^ ^)
最初は泡でしょう⁈とメニューを見ると こぼれスパークリング 500円(全て税別) なるものを発見、全員でこれにしました。升にセットされたグラスが運ばれ、テーブルで並々と注がれるのです。私は白スパークリングにしましたが赤を選ぶ人もいてテーブルの上は賑やかな彩りで春らしい賑わいです‼︎
お通し 360円 はプロシュートとオリーブの盛り合わせでワインにピッタリでした。これは今夜はワインで通そうかしら? ベジタブルファーストということでオーダーしたのが 肉肉しいポテトサラダ 650円 と クレソンのグリーンサラダ 680円 です。ポテサラは厚切りベーコンがドーンと載った豪快なビジュアル、男性陣は大喜びです。ポテトはベーシックなオニオンやきゅうりが入ったもので、例えばフライドオニオンなんかを使うと香ばしさと食感のアクセントでもっと美味しくなるかも?このビジュアルは自宅でも試してみよう‼︎クレソンのサラダは新鮮なクレソンと長ネギをナッツと共にドレッシングで和えたもの、これは美味しい‼︎ この組み合わせのアイディアもいただきですね(^ ^)
温前菜はお店のお勧めの やけど覚悟のボロネーゼグラタン 680円 をいただくことにしました。チーズを散らしたボロネーゼソースをオーブンで焼き上げてバゲットと共にいただくのです。バケットは軽く焼いてあり、この気遣いがお肉たっぷりのオーソドックスなボロネーゼソースをワンランクアップの一品にしていました。
メインの前にもう一品お勧めをいただくことに。牛タンパッチョ(レギュラー) 980円 です。極薄にスライスしたタタキ風の牛タンをカルパッチョ風に仕立てたもので、盛り付けがきれいです。牛タンは柔らかく臭みもない上質なもので、これはローストビーフよりも好みかも⁈
メインは 無菌豚肩ロースソテー 1180円、しっとりと仕上がったポークをマスタードと九条ネギでいただくのですが、青ネギが良いアクセントになっています。そういえばクレソンサラダにも長ネギが使われていたので、もしかしら和ネギを使うのはシェフの得意技なのかしら?
ワインをはじめドリンク類の価格帯がとてもリーズナブル、料理もオリジナリティがあり、スタッフの気配りも行き届いていて元気の良い接客も好印象です。2月にオープンして迎えてしまったコロナ騒動ですが、どの飲食店もご苦労されていると思います。そんなご時世でもコンスタントにお客さんが来店されていたので、すでに街に馴染んでいるのでしょう。駅近でリーズナブルに美味しい料理が楽しめる肉バルとしてお勧めです。
