【料理】
・もつ鍋定食 2200円
産直野菜と小鉢３品付き。産直野菜は、黄色ニンジン、２０日大根、キャベツなど、小鉢は、鰹胡桃、マグロ南蛮漬け、かずのこでした。もつ鍋が出来るまでのつなぎや、箸休めにちょうど良かった。
もつ鍋のスープは醤油、塩、旨辛の３種から選べ、醤油を選択。濃厚で、キャベツやニラ、モツとよく合っていた。モツは国産黒毛和牛の小腸を使用しているとのことで、臭みもなく、簡単に噛み切れるくらい柔らかくて食べやすかった。〆はラーメン、ちゃんぽん、雑炊から選べ、ラーメンを選択。細麺タイプでスープとよく絡んで食べごたえあった。茹でて温かい状態で来るので、スープを温め直せば、すぐできるのも良かった。
・馬刺し特上赤身 1700円
九州の甘い醤油で食べる馬刺し。薬味は紅蓼、穂紫蘇、ニンニク、しょうが、セロリなど。程よい弾力と、脂具合で食べやすかった。
・真鱈の白子ポン酢 1200円
付け合わせのワカメ付き。白子は臭みもなく、とろける食感でお酒が進む味でした。
・天然ぶりのお造り 1100円
薬味は紅蓼、穂紫蘇、わさびなど。分厚く切られたぶりは食べ応えあった。
