本日は国分寺駅北口からすぐの位置にあるもつ鍋が美味しい評判の九州料理 二代目もつ鍋わたりさんに訪問しました〜九州料理の豊富なメニューが取り揃えてあるそうです〜店内は活気もあり平日でも賑やかで期待が膨らみます♪

◼︎ 産地直送野菜の盛り合わせ 九州産のお味噌で作った自家製の豚味噌
野菜は３種類で甘みのある野菜を自家製の味噌で食べるのがやみつきになる味でした〜
◼︎鶏わさびのり和え （国産鶏ささみ使用）
ささみに絡んだのりとわさびがとてもいいバランスで調和されていてヘルシーで美味しかった〜
◼︎黒毛和牛の炙り （部位 ともさんかく）
目の前で炙りを披露してくれてとても美味しい一品でした♪
◼︎近代生まれの本マグロのお造り
中トロと赤身が絶品すぎました！更に醤油とマグロの相性が抜群で中トロは別格！！
◼︎熊本県産馬ふたえごのお造り
馬刺し？みたいではありましたが少しお肉に弾力があり食べ応えがあるお肉で生姜と醤油をつけて食べるこの一品が癖になる味！美味しかったです〜
◼︎こだわりもつ鍋 わたり秘伝の醤油
使っている野菜からお肉までとても美味しかったですがなんといっても使ってる出汁が別格に美味しかったです！
これは必ず食べたい一品ですね♪
◼︎〆のラーメン
もつ鍋の余ったスープに〆のラーメンは美味しく頂きました♪細麺と絡むスープは〆に最高の一品〜とても大満足でした〜
全体的に接客、味、サービスも良く、店員さん同士が仲良しで雰囲気もとても良かったです〜また行きたいお店でした〜♪
