コロナ禍を逆手に取った大資本による巻き返しがこれか、と目から鱗が落ちまくりました。
「居酒屋チェーン和民」への偏見や先入観で足を運ばないファミリー層がいるとしたら、あまりにももったいないです。そしてこれまでのいわゆる低価格焼肉チェーン店は、本当の危機でしょうね。
スシローや無添くら寿司に通う層の人たちは、今まで焼肉はあそこやあそこに行っていたと思いますが、近々みんなここに流れるでしょう。
焼肉も美味しいですが、一番驚いたのは石焼の塩焼きそば。生まれてはじめて食べました。
しかもとんでもなく美味しい。
これまで居酒屋で培ってきたサービス精神を本気で焼肉に向けてきた和民。
