こちらは、一部の回転寿司にある「特急レーン」のシステムを使って注文品を自動配膳してくれる焼肉店です。和民さんの新業態ですね。
家族と2人で入店し、平日ランチ限定の80分食べ放題コース2178円×2人分を注文しました。
テーブルに向かい合わせで座り、卓上のタブレット端末を使って注文すると、上下2本あるレーンのどちらかに注文した肉などが台に載って配送され、それを卓上の網で焼いていただきます。
そうそう、配送された品を取ったら、レーンに付いてるボタンを押して、品を載せてた台を送り返す必要があります。
説明するとややこしいですが、慣れれば楽で、客と従業員さんの接触を減らすという意味でコロナ対応ばっちりのシステムなんですね。
ちなみに、私たちは更にドリンクバー528円を頼んでおり、これは各自、ドリンクサーバーのところに行って注いで持ってくるシステムです。
ええっと、烏龍茶とジンジャーエールを飲みながら、注文したものは次の通り。

それから、こちらではハラミフェアをやってて、メニュー見てたら食べたくなったので、食べ放題の品とは別に追加料金を払って、

の2品を注文しました。この2品は、特急レーンじゃなくて店員さんが持ってきてくれましたね。
印象に残ったのは、すき焼きカルビ。アルミ皿に牛カルビとたれ、それから「綿アメ」が載ったものと生玉子なんですが、アルミ皿ごと網で焼くと、綿アメが溶けてタレと一体化してすき焼きダレになり、溶いたタマゴに絡めて肉を食べます。
おもしろいですね。
炭水化物としては、牛ハラミ飯と冷麺と焼きそばの3品を食べましたが、2人で半分ずつ食べてちょうど良かった。バターコーンを、ハラミ飯の上に載っけて食べたら、さらにおいしかった。
それから、ドリンクバーでコーヒーもらって、共にデザートとしていただいた杏仁フルーツポンチもおいしかったな。連れのわらび餅とバニラアイスもなかなか良い締めになったとのことです。
肉がお腹いっぱい食べられてこのお値段というのはよかった。
