東京・国分寺の焼肉屋さん。
和民って居酒屋だけじゃないんですね！
《焼肉の和民》の焼肉定食。ワタミカルビ＆旨辛大とろホルモン980円です。
全席ボックス席で、各席に料理が運ばれて来るレーンが設置。
回転寿司のような雰囲気です。
ランチお値打ちは、カルビをベースにした4種類の焼肉定食。
お願いしたのは、カルビとホルモンのセットメニュー。
タッチパネルで注文し、待つ事5分。
レーンに乗って運ばれて来るようですが、スープ。こぼれないのかな？？
と心配をしつつ、すっと運ばれて来た焼肉定食。
大人でもその光景に、ワクワクしちゃいます。
120ｇのワタミカルビにホルモン。
ご飯にキムチ。サラダにスープがついた焼肉定食です。
カルビは肉厚で、タレに漬け込まれてます。
カルビを焼き網に乗せて、ご飯にキムチを乗せて先行していただきます。
キムチ、旨いです！
辛さが控え目で、唐辛子の甘みを感じるキムチ。
お肉が焼き上がる前に、ご飯が進むキムチです。
ランチは1杯ご飯のお替りが無料なので、安心です。
カルビは、1頭から少しかとれない希少部位との触れ込みでしたが
この値段でまさか。。と思てましたが、確かに旨い！
柔らかく、噛むとジュワっと肉の旨味が溢れます。
ほんのり甘みを感じるカルビは、チェーンのカルビと言ったら失礼な美味しさ。
これは良いですね！
肉あるで食べ応えもあり、美味しいです。
ホルモンも臭みが無くいい感じ。
焼肉のタレは用意されていますが、カルビもホルモンも味がついているので
このまま焼くだけで十分美味しいです。
ちょっとニンニクを付けたいので、タレにニンニクを溶かし
浸していただくも美味しいです。
ご飯のお替りの一杯が残っているので、ワタミカルビ390円を追加で注文。
タンやハラミなど定食に無い部位も味わってみたかったのですが
とにかくこのカルビが気に入りました。
食べ放題メニューもあるようで、今度は腰据えて夜お邪魔します。
初めてお邪魔した焼肉の和民でしたが、
チェーン店の焼肉屋さんの中で一番のお気に入りになりそうです！
