``Fukuro'' is Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) that just opened on December 1st. The name Heisei Dai-7 Sakaba is said to be due to the fact that all of the co-owners were born in 1995. I have mixed feelings when I think that this is the time when an owner a little younger than me runs Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) (lol). It was opened on the site of the much-missed Kitaguchi Cafe in Kokubunji, which closed down. They say they are open late at night, so when I went there late, there were three groups of young people. There was quite a gap between the seats, so I made sure to disinfect myself with alcohol before entering the store. First, some draft beer. There are medium-sized mugs, mega mugs, and chivalrous mugs. Mega is 1.5 times the price of medium and has twice the quantity, and Masaki is twice the price of medium and has three times the quantity. I can't drink that much beer, so I drank it inside, but when my companion ordered a mega beer, the waiter mistakenly brought me a manly one ^_^; The appetizer was an assortment of Prosciutto and roast beef. First of all, I ordered the fried chicken with garlic and ginger flavor, which is said to be the specialty of this restaurant. It's a large fried chicken and it's juicy, but personally I like it more crunchy. In addition, I ordered ◆Sea urchin Tempura, ◆Horse sashimi, and ◆Dashi-rolled egg (cheese). I love horse sashimi, and it was thick, soft, and delicious. After about an hour, I quickly drank, ate, and headed home. It is said that it will be open until 5 a.m., so it looks like it will be convenient in the future. Thank you for the meal~
