他の方のレビューで「孤独のグルメの亀戸編に登場した純レバ丼」が国分寺で食べられる、とのこと早速やって来ました。
この純レバ炒め、私の大好物なんです。
「純レバ丼」懐かしい！浅草の千束通りに2018年まであった采苑(2019年にニュー采苑として復活)と2017年に火事で休業されたままの寿司屋通の「あづま」(こちらはご兄弟)の名物だった「純レバ丼」、良く食べに行っていたので懐かしい品なんです。
JR中央線国分寺駅北口から東に延びる大学通に入りすぐ左側、ピカソの先のビルの地階にあります。二階には老舗の喫茶ファームさんがあります。
店内はゆったりしたあベンチソファー席でテーブルの間には御簾のような竹のロールスクリーンが下がって感染対策になっています。またアルコールスプレーは席でスタッフが噴霧して下さり、その後におしぼりという段取り。
夜は刺身、串焼き、せいろ蒸し、海鮮焼などに加えて、熊本の馬刺し、博多もつ鍋、トマトチリもつ鍋も楽しめる豊富なメニューのお店です。
ランチは豚しゃぶせいろ蒸し定食(780)、餃子、唐揚げ、チキン南蛮、チキンカツ、よだれ鷄の各定食６種類と、６種のせいろ蒸しを組み合わせる組み合わせせいろ蒸し定食があり色々楽しめます。
今日はランチで、他の方のレビューに書かれていた「孤独のグルメの亀戸編に登場した純レバ丼」目当てだったのですが、なんとこれはテイクアウト専用とのこと。でも、お店の方の協力で純レバ定食をいただけました。

定食には、ご飯、味噌汁、パスタの小鉢、ミニサラダがつきます。純レバにはたっぷりの刻みネギが添えられ、濃い目の味付けでピカピカ光るレバが素晴らしい。
この純レバ炒めと青ネギのコラボ、きっとまたすぐ食べたくなることでしょう。
