九州料理を主とした居酒屋。
コロナ禍オープンとあってランチもやっている。
ランチは唐揚げ定食等のほか
珍しいせいろ蒸し定食なども。
ランチメニューにはごはんセットというのがあり
夜の飲みのメニューも相談すると定食にできるとのこと。素晴らしい。

純レバはニラレバからニラやモヤシを抜いたもの。
よりレバーだけを堪能したい人の料理。
純レバだけあって鶏レバーがゴロゴロ。
モヤシのかさ増しもない。
甘辛い味付けが絶妙でご飯にのせて
純レバ丼でも堪能。

も博多餃子に似て大変美味しかった。
