I finally went to a restaurant in Kokubunji that I had been interested in. I went in to order Chinese noodles from the menu, but after looking at the menu again inside, I ordered Tanmen, 800 yen. After that, I found Ankake Yakisoba and decided to order it next time. While I was doing that, it was ready. The vegetables were mainly cabbage with quite a bit of pork. It felt like Ramen with stir-fried meat and vegetables on top. The soup was light with a chicken bone base. The noodles were soft and medium-thin, and I enjoyed it until the very end.
