国立駅（中央線）から徒歩３分ほどの場所にあるイタリアン。文流は高田馬場店が有名ですが、現在は高田馬場のお店とは別の経営のようです。2021.2の平日のランチタイムに訪問をしています。
お店は国立らしい緑が多く静かな雰囲気の中にあります。片側一面は開放されているので、換気はしっかりしています。入店のときに手指のアルコール消毒と検温が行われます。
ランチは1500円から。最も安い1500円のコースは前菜の盛り合わせ、パスタ、コーヒーで構成。パスタは４種からの選択。４種のうち２種は300円600円の追加料金が発生します。
前菜の盛り合わせ
すぐに運ばれてきました。蕪のスープ、イタリア産ハム、キッシュ、白インゲン豆のサラダ、グリッシーニ、グリーンサラダで構成。このお店の特徴としては、全体的に味が薄味であること。スープなども例外ではありません。
海の幸とキノコのスパゲッティ
塩、トマト、トマトクリームの３つのソースから選択可能。お店の方にお勧めを尋ねたところ「お客さまが好きなソースがお勧めです」とのこと。（たしかに）
というわけで、トマトソースを選択。パスタの量は多め。ソースは塩分はかなり控えめ。ガーリックも感じられない。良い意味で家庭のパスタのようです。海の幸とキノコの旨味が出ているので、余計な味付けはしない方針なのでしょう。

雰囲気がよく、サービスも大人のサービス、換気もしっかりしているので安心感はあるかもしれません。
