中央線、国立駅からすぐ。
ですが、路地からちょっと奥まったところにあります。
高田馬場に同名のイタリアンがあり、
そちらは、創業1973年という老舗。
かつて、よく伺っていて、とても美味しかった印象が
あるので、この日、かねがね気になっていたこちらに、
ランチで伺いました。
広々とした店内で、ランチタイムで、8割ほど
席が埋まっていました。
ご近所のマダムたちが多いようです。
ランチは、
A 1500円
B 2100円
C 2800円
この日は、かなり変則で、
パスタ2種のシェアと、
＋1500円の北海道産牛肉をシェアで
お願いしました。
１，ランチプレート
前菜盛り合わせです。
・大根、里芋、白菜、蕪のスープ
・国立産大根とパンチェッタのキッシュ
・グリッシーニ
・パン
・モルタデッラ
・白隠元のサラダ
２，牡蠣のクリームパスタ
大ぶりな牡蠣が３つ。
クリームにもう少し濃度があり、
パスタに絡むとより良かったです。
３，北海道さらべつ工房ゴルゴンゾーラチーズ
クリームのペンネ
＋300円
日本製ゴルゴンゾーラチーズらしく、
柔らかな優しい味わい。
ペンネの茹で方もよかったです。
さらべつ工房の本も見せていただきました。
４，北海道コスモスファームのフィレ肉
きまぐれブルーという北海道産の
ブルーチーズソース
バスラミコ酢
とても柔らかいフィレで、
ソースもブルーチーズ好きとしては
好ましかったです。
５，カプチーノ
高田馬場とは、会社が違う、とのことでした。
かつて、高田馬場のお店で味わった感動は
残念ながらありませんでしたが、
素材へのこだわりを感じます。
