私もオープン以来通っている超大好きなお店です。日本の第1世代イタリアンの名店で、２７年前に国立駅前にオープンして。その昔には洒落た建物でドラマ撮影にも良く使われていました。
今回は知人と４名で訪問、アラカルトで注文しました。我々が19時頃に入店した時には3組の先客がいらっしゃいました。
料理はどれも、見た目、味共に申し分なく、正しく名店の味です。特に私の大好物はパスタで、アマトリチャーナは別格の味だと思っています。今日はお店お薦めのリガトーニでいただきました。
前菜で注文したカプレーゼもバラの花をイメージしており見た目最高ですが、味も最高です。
また魚料理の「カリカリじゃがいもに包まれた真鯛のソテーバルサミコソース」はオーブンで蒸らしているので中がジューシーで外カリカリで絶品です。
肉料理は牛がNGの方がいるのでお勧めメニューの「陸中豚のソテー」です。これまた火の通りが絶妙で美味しいです。
コロナ禍で中々行けなかったので久しぶりに大満足でした。
また、行く予定です。
