店主一人で営業を行う趣味的要素が強いお店です

ちょうど売り切れのため大盛りは断られてしまいました(笑)
手打ちの１０割そば
食感こそ粘着質はありますが香りが強く、ツヤもありスルりといけます
やや太め
かえしは甘みが強く、ダシの香り、風味共に控えめです
それがかえってそばの香りを立たせ美味しく感じます
ボリュームに乏しく、食事としての満足度は低いですが、お気に入りの喫茶店で美味しいコーヒーを頂く感覚でしたらいいお店だと思います
