久しぶりに太っとい田舎蕎麦が食べたくなり、国立市のお祭りの天下市あとに訪問
以前は一階と二階に席があったけど縮小して厨房も客席も二階に
天ぷら蕎麦とざるを頼んで天ぷらは相方と半分こw
天ぷらは南瓜・茄子・ピーマン・海老の4種
天ぷらは美味しい
天ぷらは、と言ったのは以前に比べて蕎麦が残念だったなぁ
蕎麦がぶちぶちに切れててズルズルっと食べれなかった
新蕎麦だから？
香りもそんなになかったなぁ
以前の店主さん？なのか？
何かの都合で縮小したのだろうけどひとりで作って配膳して
そんなことも多少味に出てくるのかなぁ
貴重な国立の蕎麦屋さん
