と。階段脇二人用のテーブル席に腰を下ろし、温い煎茶で口を漱ぎます。
スーパードライとにしん田舎煮を頂きます。甘く炊いた身欠鰊です。
声掛けて、せいろ。山形村山大石田の板蕎麦風田舎蕎麦です。朝に、茨城産常陸秋蕎麦の挽包を、十一で手打してます。亜麻色で、太く短く、切斑が有ります。良く洗締めて、確り水を切ってます。肌理細かく、腰が張って硬いです。噛むと歯と擦れてムキュッと音がします。風味が豊かで、口の中から甘く清しい蕎麦の香が立昇ります。太陽の匂。仄かに埃っぽい牧草や、濡れた枕の匂。微かに御爺御婆の匂です。
鰹節、鯖節、昆布から引いた甘い辛汁。
葱切と山葵の薬味。
サラッとした蕎麦湯。
量が有り、御腹が一杯に成ります。顎が疲れます。御馳走様でした。
