This is a long-established pasta restaurant near Kunitachi Station. I was attracted by the impactful name "Itaria Kozou" and went there. The interior has a calm atmosphere like Coffee shops. It seems to be a popular place among students, as there are many posters related to Hitotsubashi University. I ordered a large portion of lemon cream pasta from the various types of pasta on the menu. After waiting for a while, the pasta was brought to me. The noodles are the traditional type that has been around for a long time, but now there are many types of pasta such as fresh pasta and flat noodles, so preferences may vary. The taste is not too strong and just right, and it feels a bit like soup pasta. Personally, I thought the portion was a little small, but watching the other customers, I saw that they were adding more toppings, so I understood that this is how you order, and I will remember it next time!
