里芋のスープ
ほんのり里芋の香りが鼻に抜け、温かいスープ。
手前のは、大きなプリッツ見たいで、チーズが味が香ばしくおいしい。
パンも、小麦の香りが香ばしい。
しらすとフレッシュトマトのスパゲティーは、まず、柑橘の香りが。
これが、心地よい。
シラスの塩味、チーズの塩味とうま味が相まって、パスタにからみついてきます。
このマリアージュが良い。
バスタがうまいと感じます。
食後が、ラズベリーのムース。
この甘酸っぱさが程良く、心地よい酸味が口の中に
広がります、
このムースはお勧めですね。
コーヒーも本格的な感じ。

まずは、さつまいものスープが、登場。
程よい甘さのスープです。
リコッタチーズとホウレンソウのラビオリが、登場。
リコッタチーズのコクとホウレンソウのラビオリの
モチモチ感がよく合う。
ラビオリの中が、ホウレンソウのとは思えないくらい
チーズの風味が前面に出てきます。
牛ほほ肉のワイン煮込みは、
ほほ肉がホロホロで、食べやすい。
ワイン煮込みのソースが風味よい。
バンであまりに美味しくソースを全て拭きました。
デザートは、ガトーショコラで、
ねっとりしたチョコの食感が、食べ応えあり。
食後は、紅茶でお昼のひととき、のんびり過ごしました。
