ペイペイ還元があるうちに、と土曜日昼に訪問。
オススメコース2350円を選択。
ビーツのスープ→大変マイルド。アツアツで少し野菜の青味を感じるのがまたよし。
ほうれん草とリコッタチーズのラビオリ→シンプルだけども生地が、しっかりしていと素材の味がよくわかる。ソースはてっきりトマト系かと思っていたから意外。黄色くてサラサラしているのはバター系？最後まで分からず。
牛肉赤ワイン煮込み→ナイフいらないくらい柔らかい。ちゃんと土台に、マッシュポテトがあるのがまたよい。
デザート→イチゴのムース。甘すぎない。むしろ酸味が強くて良い。
全体的に素材の味がしっかりした手の込んだお料理でした。以前はシェフ１人でしたが、今はホールの方がいらっしゃいました。
