ロースカツ重、おろしヒレカツ、を注文。
カツ丼好きの私、つい頼んでしまいます、、
程よい甘味で甘すぎず出汁の味も好みで
ロースカツも脂が乗っていて美味しかった！
サラダは特製の胡麻ドレッシングがかかっており、
おしんこ、味噌汁もちょうど良い量でありがたい定食。
汁だく(というかもうびしゃびしゃのヒタヒタ)で、
好きな人はすきなのかな、私はこんなにヒタヒタなのは初めてで、
初めは驚きましたが最後の方はお米が汁を吸って、
汁が残ることなくちょうどいい感じで完食。
計算されていたのか？！
おろしは酸味のあるポン酢。
素揚げした茄子とししとうもあり嬉しいサプライズ！
しっとりとしたヒレカツはおろしをすって衣もしっもり。
もう少しサクッと感も味わいたかったかなぁ、、
衣は毎朝お店で引いているらしいですよ。
お肉、お味噌、お米、パン粉、全てにこだわった豚カツ。
次はソースでも、カレーも食べてみたいなぁ〜
