国立にある「PIZZETTO」で、本日のピザ1,480円を食べた。国立駅南側から音大のある斜め西の道に入り、途中で右折して線路の方に進んだところにあるイタリアン。
本日のピザは、サワークリームとレタスが特徴的なさっぱりとした味。モッツァレラや刻みサラミ、玉ねぎも入っているが、サラダ感覚で食べられる。生地もこんがりと焼き上がっていて水分が少なく、ベシャッとしていない。カットしたピザを丸めて手で摘んで食べると、柔らかタコスのようでもあり、トマトソースのピザとは違った料理に思えてきて新鮮である。生野菜サラダとアイスコーヒーが付いていたが、サラダとピザの味が被ってしまっていた。ピザ生地の焼き加減はトップレベルの店であった。
