年末お休みの平日13:00頃に、ピザを目的に訪問しました。
お店は待ち時間なく、サッと入店でき、お客様はなんとなくですが6組くらい、居た様に思います。混んでる訳でもなく、ガラガラでもない印象です。年末の為か？家族で来ている方が多かったです。
オーダは、シンプルなマルゲリータのピザランチで、1250円。それにドルチェ付き(+300円)、ドリンクをカプチーノ(+120円)で注文。ドルチェは林檎のタルトを選択しました。
ピザ、特に生地がモチモチで美味しいと聞いてましたが、確かにモチモチでした。
中央部分は薄い生地で、外側が厚めになっていました。
石窯から出てきて、熱々で、美味しいけど何か物足りない？そんな気持ちでした。トマトソース？モッツァレラの量？バジル？なんだろうか？
おすすめは、林檎タルトで、皮付き林檎がごろっと入っています。甘すぎず、大好きでした。
お店の方も親切で感じ良い印象です。
パスタも色々種類がありましたので、今度はパスタを食べに行こうかと思います。
