店はとても清潔。炭火ではありませんが、
内装がなかなかよい雰囲気でデートにもよいですね。
座敷とテーブル席がありました。
土曜日でしたがレバ刺し、テールスープが売り切れ。というかなかった。
・赤身肉の盛り合わせ(1980円)
→ロース・ハラミ・カルビがそれぞれ4切れくらいずつ盛られてました。
ハラミはスティック状というか、細長いかんじで厚みがあり、歯ごたえがあって肉々しくて良い。
量もちょうどよかった。
・豚足(650円)
→ゆでて冷ましたものに酢味噌をつけて食べるもの。
あぶって食べるとおいしい。量が多いので3人以上で食べるのがおすすめ。
・カルビスープ(？円)
→肉、卵、ゼンマイ、野菜の入ったエスニックなお味。赤い色のスープ。
・ナムル(？円)
→野菜がフレッシュでおいしい。肉の合間に野菜摂取。
お肉に満足。感動するほどおいしいというわけじゃないですが、値段からすれば上等でしょう。
意外なところで、一番印象深かったのが地酒のラインナップ。
醸し人九平次とか、
而今とか、
鍋島とか・・・・。
日本酒好きとしては垂涎ものでした・・・。
はじめは肉に合うのかな～と不安だったのですが、
鍋島の濁り酒(1合860円)
はマッコリのように肉の脂を流してくれて、
酒の芳醇な味はまったく死ななかった！
これは大満足でした。
焼肉と日本酒・・・邪道かどうかは試してみてください。
