夜に何度か伺っています。
大学通りのいなみさんが地元では人気ですが、お味、コストパフォーマンス、雰囲気、お酒の豊富さ。
すべてでこちらが凌駕しています。
肉質、柵取り、スライス
およそ焼肉店に求められる要素がどれもハイレベルで、お値段は控え目。三拍子も四拍子も揃った名店です。
特に、タンとモモ系のお肉が秀逸です。
お酒は日本酒を推されていて、品揃えも日本酒居酒屋レベルの豊富さです。
ここまでで十分なのですが、冷麺がまたトンデモナク旨いです。
丁寧に調理されたそれは、本場盛岡を軽く超えてきます。
接客は学生のアルバイトさん主体ですが、当たり障りないレベルです。
