肉を食べたいという家人の希望で、この店を土曜の夜に予約して伺いました。予約時に午後６時までの入店ならば待たせることはないという説明に？でしたが、妻が言うには”早く予約入店した客が何時まで飲食するか判らないからそうなるのだろう”とのこと。しかし、杞憂に終わり、午後７時３０分にスムーズに入店できました。お客さんは６分くらいの入りのようでした。
我々は入り口から最も奥の小上がりの席に通されました。掘り炬燵のようなテーブルで無煙ローターですので、店内はほとんど煙がありません。
皆かなり腹が減っていたようで、一挙に注文します（私だけは中華食堂で１人０次会済でしたが）。A5ランクの肉のように霜降りビンビンは皆不得手ですので、上（じょう）は注文せず、普通のカルビ（レシートでは６９０円、間違い?）、ロース（１，１００円）、ハラミ（１，２３０円）を２人前ずつと豚バラ（８９０円）、上ミノ（１，０００円）、キムチ盛り合わせ（９００円）、ナムル（６５０円）トッポギ（９８０円）を１人前ずつ注文。飲み物は生ビール（１杯５８０円）にあとで眞露のボトル（２，０００円）を注文します。
すぐに肉が出されるが、カルビ、ロース、ハラミはすべてタレ付けの肉でしたが、それぞれ厚みがあり、丁度いい弾力と柔らかさで、脂の刺し具合も丁度良く、味も良い。皆、満足そうに次々と食べていく。特にハラミは美味かったのでさらに２人前追加し、石焼ビビンバ（１，１５０円）なども追加する。
結局、眞露のボトルは自分一人で飲み干す結果となったが、その頃には家人もデザートのアイスなども食べ終え、一挙に晩御飯は終わりという感じでした。
いやー、満足、満足。勘定は２１，０００円ちょっと。東京の焼肉屋でこの値段はリーゾナブルでは。また、行く可能性大です。
