国立駅南口にある街中華です。富士そばとマクドナルドの間にある路地に入ってすぐのお店です。見た目からしてそそる外観です。
１８時頃入店すると老夫婦がテーブル席で食事中でした。カウンター席の一番奥に陣取りメーニューを眺めます。品数が多く悩みます。そのなかで「お勧め」「大人気」とある『広東メン（９８０円）』を発注しました。
しばらくして着丼。まずはスープを啜ります。これは旨い！食べ始めるととても美味しい。このスープはなにか中毒性がある。これに胃を掴まれた常連さんが多いことが想像される。この味ならノーマルのらーめんはどんな感じなのだろうと興味が沸いた。
思わぬ旨さにスープ完飲したい欲求にかられたが血圧のこと考えて自重。これは再訪ありのお店です。
