This is a dish in which taro is simmered in a unique Japanese-style soup stock, dipped in potato starch, and fried at high temperature until the surface is crispy. The inside is so runny that you'll get burned if you eat it in one bite. As our store is called a beer Izakaya (Japanese-style bar), we have 40 types of carefully selected beers from around the world. These beers and fried taro are truly the best combination.
