アルバムを整理していたら、思い出したので寄稿いたします。
母の誕生日祝いで好物を食べたいとリクエストを頂いたので地元の
鰻屋さんへ。
●うな重 「ろ」
お願いしてから、40分ほどでテーブルに運ばれてきました。
ぷくぅ〜っと身が厚いうなぎ。
じっくりと備長炭で焼き上げたので香ばしく、タレは辛めで
粋にいただける江戸前のお鰻です。
にこにこ好物を頬張る母を見て、1日でも1秒でも長生きして
欲しいと心から思いました。
親子水入らずの時間をゆっくり過ごせてよかったです。
ごちそうさまでした。
