谷保駅近くのラーメン屋、というより町中華という方がいいかもしれない。
土曜日、夕方知人と訪問。この日は最初から飲むと決めていた。店内はL字のカウンターとテーブル席があり、食事をする人もあれば酒を飲んでいる人もいる。客層は家族連れあり、一人客あり。老若男女が集うのは良店の証。カウンターの中は厨房、カウンターの上部にはメニューが書かれている。
瓶ビール大瓶と餃子、レバニラ炒めを注文。ビールはスーパードライ。餃子は小ぶりで皮が薄い。一口でぱくっと食べれる。レバニラはレバーがプリプリで味付けは濃くもなく薄くもなくちょうどいい。ビールが進む。
さらに、シュウマイと紹興酒を注文。シュウマイは大きく、肉はジューシー。紹興酒は飲みきりサイズ。
本来の売りであるラーメンも食べたかったが、また今度にしよう。チャーハンも捨てがたいなぁ。
また来ます。ごちそうさまでした。
