仕事で国立市へ行った際、前からチェックしていたこちらのお店へ。
平日の正午過ぎですが、すでにカウンターはほぼ埋まり、テーブル席もわずかしか空いていませんでした。
たくさんあるメニューの中から【もやしそば】を注文。
５分ほどで着丼です。
もやしそばといっても、豚肉とにんじんときくらげも入っています。スープは優しい醤油ベース。暑い日に熱いあんかけが身体にパワーを与えてくれます。
ハフハフしながら夢中で食べました。パンチはないけれど、ずっと飽きない味わいです。
常連さんも多そうで、お店の方と楽しそうに会話していました。
また絶対うかがってみたいです！
