最寄駅は、南武線 矢川駅ですが、
ちょっと歩きます。
駐車場も併設された、大きなパン屋さんで、
アイテムも多数。
入り口を入ってすぐ、目に飛び込んだのが、
ミルフィーユ食パン。
台湾で大ヒット、と書かれています。
四角い食パンの形ですが、外観もミルフィーユ状の
層になっています。
興味を惹かれて買ってみました。
この日、購入したもの。
１，ミルフィーユ食パン
550円
わりと固めに焼き上げられた
層になったクラスト。
クラムは、パンとほぼ同じ。
テクスチュアは面白いですが、
残念なことに、マーガリンの
臭いが・・。
ここは、バターでしっかり
作っていただきたいものです。
２，ラウンド食パン
ハーフ 200円
蜂蜜と生クリームを使った
丸形の食パン。
柔らかいです。
３，パン ド ロデブ
ハーブ 300円
クラムがモチモチです。
府中のほうにも姉妹店があるようです。
